Pricing questions answered
Any file Pramaana indexes counts as one document: a single PDF, a single Excel workbook, or a single email thread. A 200-page board package is one document. A trial-balance export with multiple worksheets is one document. Volume limits apply to ingest, not to pages or rows within a document.
Yes. Prior-year documents can be uploaded and indexed the same way as current-year files. The trace engine does not distinguish by date. Teams commonly index multiple prior years during onboarding so carry-forward figures in current workpapers resolve to their original sources. Prior-year traces are stored with the same immutability and retention guarantees as current-year work.
We do not cut off ingest mid-engagement. If you exceed your plan's monthly limit, we notify your account administrator and give you the option to purchase overage at $0.80 per additional document, or to upgrade your plan before the next billing cycle. We will never block an in-progress trace without giving your team time to respond.
No. Customer documents and trace results are never used to train or fine-tune any Pramaana models. Your source documents, working papers, and evidence packages are used only to generate traces for your account. This is covered in our Data Processing Agreement available on all paid plans, and in our Privacy Policy.
