This Cookie Policy explains how Pramaana Labs, LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on parmaanalabs.com and the Pramaana audit-evidence platform. Because Pramaana serves regulated enterprise environments -- internal audit and compliance teams that require a clear record of how their systems behave -- we keep our cookie footprint minimal and do not use cross-site behavioral advertising cookies. This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognize your browser across page views, store your preferences, and measure how the site is used. We also use related browser-storage mechanisms such as localStorage (which the cookie-notice dismissal state uses) and sessionStorage for in-session state.

Pramaana operates a notice-only cookie model: cookies in all categories above may be set on page load without a prior consent gate, consistent with applicable U.S. law. We display an informational banner on first visit so you are aware cookies are in use. By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge this use. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable state law requires -- including California (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code section 22575), Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon -- we honor browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories. Because we do not sell personal information and do not use behavioral advertising cookies, GPC signals have the effect of suppressing any analytics initialisation that might otherwise occur on page load. We do not share this information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party service providers acting on our behalf -- for example, an analytics provider measuring aggregate page-view counts. We have data-processing agreements with such providers that limit their use of data collected on our behalf to delivering the service to us. We do not permit third-party advertising networks to set cookies on parmaanalabs.com.
